For the first time, ATHENA International has selected Orlando for the Women’s Regional Leadership Summit on Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 11:30 am – 6:00 pm. ATHENAPowerLink® is partnering with the Go for the Greens Conference this year at Walt Disney World’s Boardwalk Resort to host the event.
Agenda:
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Luncheon Keynote Speaker, Martha Mertz, the founder of ATHENA International, to serve as the keynote luncheon speaker. Martha is the author of Becoming ATHENA: Eight Principles of Enlightened Leadership. She offers a distinctive, transforming approach for leading in the 21st century. With survey research and real-life stories, she demonstrates how time-tested “women’s ways” of leading have become the gold standard for great leaders of both genders, and the building blocks for success in today’s global economy.
1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Panel of Women of Influence who will address key success factors that are important in their leadership roles.
3:00 – 4:30 p.m. Successful women entrepreneurs talk about the mentoring support they received from the ATHENAPowerLink program.
4:30 – 6:00 p.m. Networking reception
