Who We Serve

ATHENAPowerLink guides women business owners in defining and achieving tangible goals by providing them with access to a panel of business advisors. Each advisory panel is hand-selected based upon each woman business owner’s individual needs. These volunteer panel members serve as mentors and advisors for a 12-month period at no charge to the woman business owner. According to a study by ATHENA International, client businesses showed an average increase of 37% in business net income and 36% in the number of full-time employees upon completion of the program.

ATHENAPowerLink is offered through the Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship at Rollins College in conjunction with local business and community partners throughout Central Florida. Since 1999, ATHENAPowerLink has been helping women-owned businesses accelerate growth and increase profitability. The Central Florida program was established in 2006. ATHENAPowerLink is a program of ATHENA International, an organization dedicated to creating leadership opportunities for women.
